The National Standards for Cycle Training, AKA Bikeability, have been recently updated: April 2013. The update has been carried out on behalf of the Department for Transport and in consultation with instructors and Instructor Training Organisations. The new standards are now on the Bikeability website.

Help people find you. As a National Standard instructor registered with CTC you are entitled to a free listing on the CTC-Maps website.
How to add or update your entry.
CTC’s Cycle Activity Provider insurance provides cover suitable for many cycling professionals. There is a discounted rate for CTC members.
CTC provides a range of continued professional development (CPD) courses for National Standard instructors. Instructors registered with CTC receive a discount on all CTC’s CPD courses.

Register with CTC
Every National Standard instructor must be registered with an Instructor Training Organisation (ITO). You can register with CTC even if you trained with another ITO and you can be registered with more then one. Registration with CTC is free and allows you to advertise on our Instructor site.
