Steve Marsden is the local Cycling Development Officer who will be working with 35 targeted community groups. Steve is hosted by Heeley Development Trust (HDT) at their premises in Heeley. The project will be able to reach out across Sheffield and other parts of South Yorkshire across the four years of funding.
