Today Tuesday 6 October 2015, CTC and the Greater Manchester Cycling Campaign (GMCC) will take to Manchester streets at 7pm calling for more Space for Cycling.

Labour Transport team out in support for cycling

£248bn in economic benefits by 2050 through cycling
Today (Tuesday 20 January 2015) CTC, the national cycling charity, launched its report 'The Economic Cycle – Quantifying the benefits of getting England Cycling' which found cycling in England could generate a total of £248bn in economic benefits by 2050.

New figures on local cycle use are "a powerful tool for measuring progress"
CTC has welcomed new figures showing how much walking and cycling is being done regularly around England by adults. This data, now being collected thanks to CTC's campaigning, will soon prove invaluable for measuring which local authorities are successfully raising cycle use locally.

CTC supports 20mph as the default
