CTC in England

A CTC-member keen to back the CTC-fight, has linked up with a local Dynamo Group to lobby their local Council to persuade them to install a new public-backed cycle routing system.

Oxfordshire Cycle Network creates a network of support, with the help of CTC, so as to assist Oxfordshire County Council in producing their current strategy plan, which is focused on ensuring that the County’s transport system is set up right.

The Rushmoor Cycle Forum (RCF), which works closely with CTC, has recently drawn up a survey which they will be submitting to local election candidates, to evaluate where they sit in regards to their cycle-friendly campaigning.

Southampton Council has, with best intentions, introduced a new ‘cycle-friendly' junction. However many cyclists, including a local cycle campaign group, aren't so sure.

Join CTC at the Brompton Cycling Festival on Sunday 27 July. Taking place at the famous Goodwood Motor Circuit, the event features the exciting Brompton Treble, and Brompton World Championships, as well as a cycle expo, food court, kids' activities, plus a host of other attractions.

Dorset Cycling Network is concerned with bringing about change for cyclists by enabling individuals and institutions within Dorset to network, which yields an attractive model to deliver nationwide county collaboration.
